Registration & Donation for Online Retreat
Saturday, April 9   9:00-1:00 CT

We are excited to facilitate the first virtual silent retreat on Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 9am - 1pm CT.

Since this is our first one, we are keeping it small and within SGTI community and our family and friends. 

The following is a draft of the schedule, it may be modified depending on any number of things. Please note that it is in CENTRAL TIME.

9-9:20am CT: welcome and intention setting
9:20-9:50: silent sit 
9:50-10:00 silent walk 
10:00-12:00 silence, considering spiritual styles, snack/lunch (30 mins)
12:00-12:30 silent sit 
12:30-12:40 walk or dance
12:40-1:00 closure

All donations will go into the SGTI Scholarship Fund.
Suggested amounts: $25, 37, 50. 
Donations of any amount are welcome.

It is not necessary to make a donation to participate.
