Interfaith / Interspiritual Wisdom Training

A 4-month Asynchronous Program

Perfect for those wanting to learn how to engage, support, and offer spiritual encouragement to people from a variety of traditions. 

This one-of-a-kind training program is for people in the caring professions: Spiritual directors, Educators, Social Workers, Therapists, Life Coaches, Chaplains, Spiritual and Secular Community Leaders, and more. Completion of this 4-month, self-paced program results in a Certificate of Completion in Interfaith/Interspiritual Wisdom. This will prepare you to engage, support and offer spiritual encouragement to seekers of various religious, spiritual and ethical traditions. 

Our andragogy (adult learning) focuses on the exploration of the world's religions and prominent spiritual movements through an Interfaith/Interspiritual lens. The course also include a module dedicated to the many ways spirituality is being experienced today, including the growing tide of Spiritual Independents. This approach helps us deepen our knowledge of how individuals experience the Sacred in their own unique ways. Over time, this leads to an unfolding awareness that beneath each tradition runs a river of ultimate truth shared by many.

Program Structure

Begin by choosing a course of study
that meets your needs:

  • One Module (no certificate)

  • Five to Seven Modules for a Certificate of Completion

Those choosing the Certificate of Completion option will recieve a new module every 2 weeks. Mediums of study include text audio, and video components with an emphasis on increasing our capacity to be compassionately present to others while remaining faithful to our own traditions. Each module requires an estimated 12-14 hours of time to complete. When ready, students create a final project to complete their training.

One Module: $100

Choose any Module from the Module Options. Email the SGTI Team letting us know which Module you’re interested in. We will respond with info on how to pay via Venmo or Paypal (Cost is $103 if using Paypal.) Once payment is received, we’ll email you the syllabus.

7 Modules: $500

Email the SGTI Team letting us know of your interest. We will respond with info on how to pay using either Venmo or Paypal ($515 if paying via Paypal.) Once payment is received, we’ll begin sending you a new syllabus once every 2 weeks.
