A leading edge organization engaging in education, experiences, and relationships for practical, integrative, unitive living. We specialize in the art and training of spiritual guides (directors) and companions.
Sourced in the Perennial Tradition, we believe that while there are many spiritual paths, a universal commonality underlies them all. It is our goal at the Spiritual Guidance Training Institute to provide education and opportunities for deepening this understanding so our participants and graduates can kindly companion and offer compassionate, insightful presence to people from all walks of life and spiritual inclinations in a complex and ever-changing world.

Certificate in Interfaith/Interspiritual Direction (Guidance)
A 16-month distance learning program with a residential institute in Racine, WI., resulting in a Certificate inInterfaith/Interspiritual Guidance.
Next program begins October 2024.
Interfaith/Interspiritual
Wisdom Training
A 5-month distance learning program which results in a certificate in Interfaith/Interspiritual Wisdom Training.
Our next session begins January 2024.
Outdoor Companionship
A 3-month nature immersion program which results in a certificate in Outdoor Companionship

Would you like to become a spiritual guide/companion AND receive academic credit towards a master's or doctoral degree?
We are pleased to be a PRIME partner of the Graduate Theological Foundation. Our graduates receive full credit toward their Master of Pastoral Counseling degree and the Doctor of Ministry degree, each with a specialty in Interfaith/Interspiritual Guidance. The Graduate Theological Foundation is an ecumenical, inter-religious institution celebrating its 55th year in transformational education.
