Long Distance, Individual and Peer Group Supervision

If you are a spiritual care professional in need of supervision, SGTI offers two models of long-distance supervision, each with our trademark interfaith/interspiritual focus. We are excited to be able to provide these services to individuals who desire an intimate, personalized and innovative approach to supervision in today's changing inter-religious landscape.
• 1-on-1 supervision with Drs. Lundy or Banashak*
• Peer group via Zoom with same

This type of supervision may be ideal for you for any number of reasons:
• You are unable to meet with a supervisor or peer group in person due to schedule constraints, distance, or lack of community.
• You have a deep desire to work with a supervisor or peer group who has interfaith interests and/or an interspiritual heart.
• You are spiritually inter-dependent, multiply religious, spiritually fluid, unaffiliated, spiritual but not religious, "None", agnostic, non-traditional, pantheistic, panentheistic, or "other", and long for kindred companions and community.
• Traditional supervisory or peer group relationships have not met your spiritual needs.
• You have a deep desire to work with a supervisor or peer group who has interfaith interests and/or an interspiritual heart.

Drs. Lundy and Banashak are specialists in 1-on-1 supervision** and group guidance via the internet
and have been doing so for over a decade. You will experience wholehearted support and deep care for your unique journey and spiritual companioning practice.
There is a monthly fee for supervision services.

* Dr. Banashak is bi-lingual and able to offer supervision and peer group facilitation in Spanish.
**Drs. Lundy and Banashak received their Supervision Training through the Institute of Spirituality at Dominican Center in Grand Rapids, MI, where they served as supervisor/mentors on staff, and, together, had 20 years of combined supervisory experience within the organization..
